VillaWare Imperia Pasta Maker Set (V152)

The BEST! -   September 3, 2008 I have had this pasta machine with motor for 12 years and it still works like a charm. It is easy to use and come out with great pasta. Once it is ready to roll out go through the first setting 5 to 8 times folding dough. Then thin it until the third from last setting, leaving the last two or it will be to thin. I would use nothing else for making pasta, this really is the best.
