The Portion Blending System will prepare consistent drinks time and time again, eliminating the worry of inconsistent drinks. This unit will automatically dispense the correct amount of ice, all the user needs to control is the amount of product (syrup, fruit, etc). This unit creates ultimately smooth blends by shaving the ice right before it blends, so the blender is basically blending already smooth ice creating the best consistency every time. Another great feature of the Portion Blending System is the powerful 2 horsepower motor that works to blend even faster.

During high volume periods the blender can create up to 60 ounces per cycle (approximately 4 drinks) increasing serving speed. The unit also automatically shuts off after completing the cycle allowing the user to serve another customer while the machine does all the work! The VitaMix Portion Blending System Advance can fit in any setting from bars to restaurants, and is extremely user friendly reducing training times!
