Q: What are the interior dimensions of the oven?
A: Waring does not offer the interior dimensions for the WCO500 other than the 1.5 cubic foot capacity. However, the following bake ware is suitable for the 1.5 cubic foot
oven when using one rack...13"x9" rectangle or 18"x13"x1" half sheet pan.

Q: I would like to know where this is manufactured and if I may purchase this oven for home use. I would laso know the ease of getting parts or sevice for this unit in my area of wisconsin?

A: This is made in China. You can use it in your home, it's just not as cost effective, as you get a shorter warranty for commercial units, due to the anticipated high-volume use that you will not have in your home. Q: What is the manufacturer's suggestion for space around the oven. If I use Stainless Steel on back and side walls can I reduce air space required?
A: The instruction manual states that you must keep a 4 inch clearance above the top surface of the Waring Commercial Convection Toaster Oven and a half inch clearance on each side to avoid damage to the oven or adjacent items.  Exactly What I've Been Looking For! -
Over the years, I have gone through countless portable convection ovens. Most are too small (toaster ovens) and the ones that were large enough (1.5 cu ft) were cheaply made and would break down within a year. Then I decided to try the Waring Pro Commercial Convection Oven and what a dream it has turned out to be. It is absolutely everything one could want from a countertop convection oven. It is very sturdily constructed, built solid, yet runs virtually silently. The first time I turned it on, it was so quiet, I thought it was broken. It wasn't. This Waring is the high-quality convection oven I have always wanted. You won't go wrong ordering this one.
