Q: What is the manufacturer's suggestion for space around the oven. If I use Stainless Steel on back and side walls can I reduce air space required?

A: The instruction manual states that you must keep a 4 inch clearance above the top surface of the Waring Commercial Convection Toaster Oven and a half inch clearance on each side to avoid damage to the oven or adjacent items. Exactly What I've Been Looking For! - Over the years, I have gone through countless portable convection ovens. Most are too small (toaster ovens) and the ones that were large enough (1.5 cu ft) were cheaply made and would break down within a year. Then I decided to try the Waring Pro Commercial Convection Oven and what a dream it has turned out to be. It is absolutely everything one could want from a countertop convection oven. It is very sturdily constructed, built solid, yet runs virtually silently. The first time I turned it on, it was so quiet, I thought it was broken. It wasn't. This Waring is the high-quality convection oven I have always wanted. You won't go wrong ordering this one.
