The WCO250 Waring quarter size heavy duty commercial convection oven has the versatility of 5 cooking methods. Convection bake, roast, bake, broil, and rotisserie all right on your countertop! A large interior cooking area can accommodate three quarter size sheet pans in three possible shelf positions. Two nickel plated baking racks and one stainless steel baking sheet are included.The Waring WCO250 commercial toaster oven is engineered for power and durability to handle most foods like roasts, pizzas, pies, and breads. Hook up the rotisserie mountings to prepare poultry quickly and easily. Durable stainless steel construction, both inside and out, means the Waring WCO250 heavy duty commercial convection oven can tackle your toughest cooking needs and is easy to clean. A large tempered glass door makes it easy to see when your food is ready to serve. Power and oven temperature ready indicator lights and a 120 minute timer make preparing your menu items in the Waring WCO250 quarter size convection oven a piece of cake! Q: What are the inside dimensions of this oven? What are the differences between this model and the Waring Model # CO900B? Can you bake on more than one rack at a time?

A: The Interior dimensions are: 15 inches wide 11 ¼ inches deep 9 ½ inches high The WCO250 is NSF approved for commercial useage, the CO900B is only for home usage. You can use two racks at a time.
