Q: How do you remove the stainless steel tray so that it can be cleaned, I pressed the button and released, nothing happened. Thank you, await your response. Tim Preto
A: To remove food carriage for cleaning, hold food carriage with two hands and tilt frontward toward you. There is a button to release the carriage marked "Press to release." (underside) Press, release, and wash with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly. To reassemble, align top part of food carriage to bottom part of food carriage and click into place. The trick is to hold on to the carriage with your right hand, press the button and pull the bottom off with the left hand. The whole carriage does not come out just the top part comes off. Instructions are on page 6 of your user manual.
