Q: does the WMH100 have a sklow start feature and does it have the capability to "sense" a heavier load and compensate automatically in order to maintain the same speed?

A: The Waring Pro WHM100 has ten speeds and a count-up timer(slow start) for precision mixing. It does not have a load sensor.

Kudos to Waring Pro Hand Mixer - I have this mixer and I really enjoy the built in timer. It makes it much easier to mix ingredients for the exact time. This hand mixer is very quite and easy to use. I love the blue light that shows the speeds and it's easy to increase the speed with the hand you are holding it with while mixing. Great job.
