I Only had the blender for 2 weeks and the Blade shaft inside the jar broke. Company warranty requires the item to be sent in, even if part is only $5.00 part and can be replaced by average person. The cost to have the item shipped to the nearest repair store, due to the weight is $15 - $25. So I am to spend another $15 - $25 to have a $5 part replaced. They wouldn't accept just the jar part to repair, must have complete unit. What a warranty, only cost you roughly another 15% to have it repaired. I would not recommend products from Waring Pro to anyone.
