Mine won't heat either! Tried to call Waring and they just send you in a 1/2 circle on their automated line. Both Company and their product are crap!

Piece of Junk. Right on schedule according to others on this post, mine quite working on the third use. Plugged it in and nothing happened. Very disappointing. I was loving it before then.

I agree with the one that says it does not heat after the 3rd use we have now had 2 of them and this morning right on schedule it stopped heating and on the last waffle same as last time.

My husband purchased this and man it made good waffles (3) of them in total. Upon use for the 2nd time time it quit heating after the 1st waffle was made. The first 3 waffles were terrific and we were sold but what a disappoint at the second time of use when it wouldn't heat. We purchased this for Christmas breakfast, REALLY glad that we tested it before we counted on it for Christmas breakfast. Purchase at your own risk!!

I am surprised reading from people having problems with this Waring waffle maker. We use it two or three times a week without a problem. It works with you. While you are making scramble eggs, bacon, coffee or whatever it will beep letting you know when to pour the mixture or remove the cooked waffle. In no time you will have a waffle breakfast or brunch for everyone. WE LOVE IT!!!

The company replaced two of them and then finally sent us a commercial model for free! They even paid for the shipping. Great company. I love the waffles and we were so sad when the first two quit working. But this commercial model (way more expensive) has been awesome .

I received the waffle maker for Christmas, we have used it quite a few times, however it only lasted 7 months. I don't think I will own another one. They cost too much for such a short product life.

I LITERALLY used this waffle maker TWICE. The third time I used it, it wouldn't even warm up. Complete GARBAGE!

I made exactly 13 waffles then no heat, stopped working in the middle of a waffle. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this waffle maker. Waring warranty no help.

My parents have a Waring Pro Waffle maker and it has been and still is a wonderful machine for the last 2 years. My husband bought one for our home in May 2008. We have used it maybe 5 times, and now it will not heat up. It seems hit and miss wether you get a good item or a lemon. Perhaps there was a bad batch of waffle makers that was made?

I used this maker only 4 times. It just stopped heating. I spent alot of money on this product and really liked the waffles it produced. I am so disappointed about this machine. Buyer Beware.

I love the flip style of this Waring Waffle Maker. You pour in the batter, let it cook for a little on one side in the waffle maker, then turn the handle and it flips it for more even cooking. Doesn't make super crisp waffles like some of the more professional ones, but makes a great waffle for the price.

I love this flip waffle maker and so do the kids.. have had it for a month so far.. use the waffle maker everyday..sometimes for breakfast and snack in the afternoon!!

We bought our 1st Waring Pro Waffle Maker 2 yrs. ago.It makes wonderful Waffles but then the whole top fell off. So we went right out to buy a new one. We couldn't go on with out our waffles. We had this one for 3 months & now it won't heat up!!

we purchased one of these less than a year ago we may used it twice a month on saturday mornings. It has already stopped heating in the top part. The light comes on, but the top layer of the Waffle Maker does not get hot and will not cook the waffle.

We used ours maybe 12-15 times, and now it won't heat at all. It made great waffles for the short time it lasted - piece of junk. We'll replace with a different brand.

This was a wonderful unit...until it crapped out after one month. If the company is aware of an issue with these, they should be all over their customers with a solution. Sure sounds like I am not alone!

It's a great value. And, it makes an awesome waffle. But, we've had 2 now, and neither produced heat after the 3rd use. I'll have to find another style as I'm tired of getting all ready for a great waffle only to have it fail to work.

I purchased 1 and after 4 times of using, it stopped heating. I returned it for a new one and after 3 months, that one quit heating. I return that one also and gave it one more chance. 4 months later, that one quit. Time to try another brand

When it works, it's wonderful. Our Waring Waffle Maker gave out after 2 months of occasional use - wouldn't heat up. We sent it back to the company and the just sent us a replacement with no problem, hope the new one continues to work. You would think they would fix whatever the problem is on the insides.

It was a great machine while it lasted. We had ours 9months and then I saw a big spark out the back. Be careful with this machine. We don't want a fire!!!
