    Waring Commercial Deep Fryer - I bought this for home use after reading reviews of home fryers. Most had slow heat recovery and cleaning difficulty in common. This unit maintains heat nearly perfectly and checks correctly against a thermometer. It has worked wonderfully for me for chicken, onions, and fries. Clean-up is relatively easy as several parts are dishwasher safe.

    Waring Commercial Deep Fryer - This is a great tool for the home chef or small concession business, not for large production frying. The 208 VAC model is recommended if you have the outlets available. Only wish it had a cover.

    Review - Waring Commercial WDF75 - Good look and easy to clean. Although this Waring Commercial fryer doesn't even reach a temperature of 350F without any food despite the manufacturer stating 375F. I have bought a commercial fryer to cook crispy seafood and fries but you need 375F to do that.

    Waring Fryer low temp - Top quality appearance, but the unit would only reach max temp of 350F, not hot enough for french fries. Returned unit for another and it only gets to 343F. Both have slow recovery. OK for low temp frying, but don't plan on fries with this one.
