The 36-0003-W manual sausage stuffer comes with three stainless-steel funnels: a 10mm for snack sticks and small sausages, a 20mm for pepperonis and bratwurst, and a 30mm for summer sausage and luncheon meats. The Weston manual sausage stuffer dissembles easily to clean up, and has an ergonomic handle for greater leverage and easy stuffing. This manual sausage stuffer has a rubber gasket to prevent meat from leaking around the plunger and front ring.

Good luck - I stuffed about 8"of sausage with this and the rest of it leaked by the seal,tore it down and threw it in the scrap barrel at the shop the next morning ,,,grab the garbage can when you see the ups truck backing up ....
