This burger press has a spring plunger button that will compact the patty, then pops back up for quick patty removal. You can adjust the patty thickness on this burger press from 1/4" to 1-1/2" with a diameter of 4-1/2". Weston burger presses are made of heavy-duty aluminum with non-stick coating.
