The Weston stainless-steel food dehydrator has a 1,000-watt heating element with a thermostat for perfect results every time. You can also remove the trays from this dehydrator for making yogurt.

Because the Weston 74-1001-W stainless-steel food dehydrator has a rear mounted drying system, the air circulates from back to front and through each tray, making rotation unnecessary.

A: The tray grids are over a ½” wide so for smaller items, you would want to purchase our netting roll, 78-0201-W.
