Very nice - I have used this food dehydrator very hard and it has done a real nice job. I have done cabbage, peas, green beans, sweet potatoes, russet potatoes. spinach, fruit leather, celery, oranges, and marshmallows (so they can go in a hot cocoa mix) I have been very pleased. The thermostat is off about 15 degrees but I keep a steak thermometer hanging out of the front so I can keep the temp on target. Has not been a big deal. I like the size so it does not take up the whole counter. The colors are stylish and I like being able to look inside without taking off a big front cover like some units. I got mine with the 4 drawer blank so I can do Keefer and rise bread. I have used it for this and it worked fine.
