Wolfgang Flour Mill (WM001) Overview
When it comes to grinding flour, the WM001 Wolfgang Flour Mill is the top of the line. The Wolfgang Flour Mill was designed by Wolfgang Mock, a famous master craftsman. Wolfgang Mock is known all around the world for his famous flour mills. He has a dream of having a flour mill in every kitchen, which to help achieve this goal he has designed the WM001 Wolfgang Flour Mill. The Wolfgang Flour Mill stands 13 1/4 inches, and is ready to take on any large capacity job you have for it.
Wolfgang has made this flour mill smaller then his other mills, to help make it more affordable. The Wolfgang Flour Mill can hold a large capacity of whole grains, 2.2 pounds. The 360W motor equipped on this Wolfgang Flour Mill allows this mill to grind 3.5 ounces of grain a minute. The Wolfgang Flour Mill grinds slower then most flour mills, which helps produce less heat. When less heat is produced in the grinding process, more nutrients are kept in the flour that is milled.

Simple, Functional, and Stylish -
Wonderful mill. No clean up necessary! Easy maintenance/self-cleaning. Quieter, heats flour less. I'm new at milling and have had great results with my flour. Easy to operate, but I wish there was a longer warranty (this is only 3 years), a more thorough manual (though there isn't much to explain), and maybe a recipe or suggestions how fine/coarse to mill. I'm please with my big purchase and it sits out and looks beautiful and I use it --- worth the price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT -
I am new to wheat grinding, so I did lots of research. It came down to the Retsel and the Wolfgang grain mill. My friend has a Retsel grain grinder, so I was able to see that one in use before making my decision. The reason the Wolfgang won out, was its stylish design (it looks amazing on the counter and is a great conversation starter) and the wonderful comments I read. After 2 months of use, I still love using it. It is extremely easy to use, no big manual needed. Just plug in, adjust the hopper, and grind. Amazingly fine flour, even finer than what I was used to buying at the store. As for the noise level, what do you expect when you are grinding something with stone. The motor itself is very quiet, it is when you add the wheat berries that the noise increases. Get this one, you won't regret it! Worth every penny and then some!!!!! Buy yours today :)
