Wusthof 6 Inch Classic Gourmet Meat Cleaver
This Wusthof Cleaver Knife(butchers cleaver knife) features a large faced heavy blade used to split bones and while also serving as a spatula to carry prepared ingredients. The heavy blade is also excellent for cutting through ribs andparting whole chicken. The blade on this Wusthof Cleaver measures 4 MM in width and features a forged stamped ergonomic handle.
