Q: I havent had my coffee maker very long and it will no longer pump the water from the reservoir. do i have any king of warrenty on it. it makes good coffee when it worked. And I always unplugged it as requested.

Best Ever - I've used this Coffee Makers for the past few years and we really enjoy the coffee. This Thermal Coffee Maker keeps it hot seemingly for ever...have given them as gifts, and everyone loves them...

Zojirushi Stainless Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker - The coffee filters do not fit as well as other machines but it does work in one presses the filter down into the holder. The only other issue is with the lid design -- poor thread engagement resulting in much difficulty rotating the lid to pour coffee! Otherwise a joy to use and am happy we upgraded from the traditional Mr. Coffee/Hamilton Beech/Krups, etc.
