A: The dimensions of the Zojirushi Mini Bakery Bread Machine are 8 x 11 x 12 inches.It is 120V, 60HZ, and 450 Watts. The maker will produce a 1 lb. loaf of bread. And yes this machine is capable of making rice bread. There is a recipe available for Brown Rice Bread in the owners manual.

Q: Can you make gluten free bread with this bread machine, and are gluten free recipes included in recipe book that comes with bread machine?
A: Yes, you can make gluten free bread in this bread machine, and there is a recipe for gluten free rice bread in the booklet as well. I uploaded the manual as well, so that you can see the recipe in the manual if you would like. Love this little bread machine -
I've had my zojirushi bread machine for about a year now and have used it to make everything from bread to cookies to pizza dough. It occupies valuable counter space because it gest used so often. Would happily recommend it to friends. I got the 1lb loaf bread maker because I only like bread when it's fresh (weird, yes I know) and have never looked back.

This Zojirushi Bread Machine is the perfect size for a single person or couple. And it doesn't take up much counter space so you don't feel bad leaving it out. And then, of course, you use it more often. I have been making bread almost every day since I purchased it. And usually only have enough for toast in the morning. Nothing is better than fresh food. And warm bread.
