I recently purchased this model of the Zojirushi rice cooker and can't emphasize how pleased I am with the perfect results! The induction heating and spherical pan are a breakthrough in rice cooking. I love the delayed programming.
I've already used it for white steamed rice, sticky, and sushi rice.
If you regularly eat rice and want restaurant quality - actually I get better results than that, it pays to buy the best - Zojirushi.
It doesn't get any better than this!
