This TruClad Fry Pan is not just stylish but also extremely durable. The Cookware is made of the SIGMA Clad design which consists of 3-ply construction from rim to rim of 18/10 Stainless Steel - Aluminum Core - and magnetic stainless steel. This Henckel Fry Pan is safe up to 500°F and has a polished magnetic stainless steel exterior. Not only are the handles riveted they are also hollow cast with a V -Shape connection, the result, they stay cool for longer periods of time.

Cookware Differences
This 10" Fry Pan / Skillet is great for those medium size cooking situations. The 10" frypan is large enough to accommodate most all of your cooking needs. The V Shape stay cool handles are connected to the pan with rivets and are extremely durable. This pan is made for medium to large size cooking and looks great in any kitchen.

Thermolon Coating
Zwilling has teamed up with the infamous Green Pan in designing the ultimate stainless steel pan. These pans contain a top quality ceramic non-stick-coating. The non-stick coating is PTFE and PFOA Free, which means that the non stick will not emit harmful gases into the air and will not release harmful ingredients into your foods. The ceramic coating is extremely scratch resistant and are made to last. The Thermolon Coating is heat resistant up to 850°F.
