The handles are made with the classic 3 riveted design, and have the full handle for standard holding as well. These knives are made from Henckel SigmaForge design. This SigmaForge design is precision forged from one solid piece of steel.

Excellent Knives - I recently purchased the 8-piece knife block set. Aside from the wonderful fit and finish I was astonished by how sharp these knives were out of the package. You really do get a quality edge that will take on the most delicate of food easily. Be warned though, the steel can stain if not cleaned up well after use.
