- I need a disc fitter for slicing cucumbers for pickles. The one i have cuts about 1/16" thick slices. Do you make one that would cut 1/8"?

This set includes a 3mm slicing disc which is very close to 1/8" slices & it is the closest Cuisinart makes to the thickness of
cut you are looking to get, the set also includes Fine Shredding, French Fry Discs.
As far as your question about getting a new cutting blade, you can visit Cuisinart.com or call their Customer Service
directly to purchase one at : 1-800-726-0190, they cost around $20.00.
