• To prepare:
  • Black tea hot: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea blend in 8 ounces of boiling water for 3-5 minutes
  • Green tea hot: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea blend in 8 ounces of water heated to 180ºF for 2-4 minutes (using boiling water will over-steep green tea resulting a bitter taste)
  • Herbal tea hot: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea blend in 8 ounces of boiling water for 3-6 minutes
  • Cold-brew: Steep 2 teaspoons of tea blend in 8 ounces of cold water in the refrigerator overnight
