  • green rooibos tea
  • red rooibos tea
  • dried pineapple pieces
  • dried apple pieces
  • rosehips
  • calendula
  • blue cornflower
  • chamomile
  • lemon verbena
  • peach/pineapple essence
• Caffeine level: 0 
• To prepare:
  • Hot: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea blend in 8 ounces of boiling water for 3-6 minutes
  • Cold-brew: Steep 2 teaspoons of tea blend in 8 ounces of cold water in the refrigerator overnight
• Tips:
  • If you prefer a sweetened tea, using honey will heighten the fruity and floral notes 
  • Makes a refreshing cold-brewed iced tea
