Pan fry, saute, sear, or brown perfect dishes with the 12" Fry Pan from Hammer Stahl. This skillet's flat bottom and deep sides make it great for flipping or turning food. The long, ergonomic handle allows for maximum control while cooking.
Hammer Stahl’s cookware is made through ingenious 7-ply construction. There are seven layers of different metals in each piece of cookware that work together to spread the heat evenly and efficiently. These seven layers are not just used for the base of the cookware, but the sides as well. This means the aluminum core will spread heat throughout the walls as well as the base, allowing the heat to spread more evenly and make the cookware less likely to burn.
The cookware from Hammer Stahl is also induction ready due to one layer of ferritic steel used in its construction. Other types of induction ready cookware use a magnetic type of stainless steel on the outermost layer, which compromises the integrity of that outer layer of the cookware. This kind of stainless steel is also more corrosive than other varieties of stainless steel, which makes the piece of cookware more likely to corrode or tarnish over time.
Hammer Stahl’s pans are designed to spread heat throughout every part of themselves – except one: the handles. The innovative handle design is comprised of multiple machined parts, which creates a hollow handle that stays cooler than a solid metal handle. They are also designed to fit comfortably inside your hand; they are made for with both safety and ease in mind.
This frying pan was clearly engineered to be at peak quality and will make an excellent addition to any kitchen collection. Not only is Hammer Stahl’s 12" Fry Pan sturdy and efficient enough for everyday use, you won’t want to use any other fry pan!
