This bowl is slightly bigger than stock Artisan mixer bowls and is more versatile, having a pour spout that, for example, can pour cake batter right into cupcake molds. This KitchenAid glass bowl is also microwave safe, meaning you can melt ingredients like chocolate and butter directly inside the bowl before transferring it back to the mixer.

The K5GBH KitchenAid Mixer Bowl has measurement markings for easy volume identification and includes a non-sealing lid for storing bread dough in the refrigerator.
