TRIPLE BERRY, APPLE, AND CHIA SEED SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
• 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
• 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup chopped apple
• 1 1/2 tablespoons pure clove honey
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

DIRECTIONS

Add a KitchenAid Juicer Attachment to your Stand Mixer and set with your desired pulp setting.

Turn your Stand Mixer onto 8 and add the apples, raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries. Using the plastic press, press the fruit down and juice until you have fruit juice. Remove the pulp.

Pour the fruit juice into a blender. Add in the almond milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and ginger. Blend until thick. Pour into glasses and serve.
