What is the cut-off time to place my order?
Qualifying orders placed before 3:00PM CST will ship same-day and be delivered within three business days. This does
not apply to weekends or carrier observed holidays due to most shipping carriers being closed on those days.
Does my order qualify?
Free 3-day shipping does not apply to the following:
• Out-of-stock/backordered products
• Products that ship from alternate warehouses.
• Qualifying orders that are placed on hold/in review (ie. suspected fraud or shipping to alternate or incorrect address)
We will attempt to contact and resolve order issues within one hour of the cut-off time for the date an order is placed.
The 3-day guarantee will start over once the hold is removed from the order.
What day(s) does the delivery guarantee apply to?
Delivery time is measured in business days (Monday-Friday) and excludes weekends and carrier observed holidays.
What if my order is later than expected?
In the event that we miss our delivery promise, we will gladly issue a $10 account credit for use on your next order. Please check all addresses carefully. Incorrect addresses may delay shipment.

Are there any transactions that I will not earn Chef Perks on?

Can my Chef Perks be used in combination with other coupons and discounts?
They sure can! As long as your reward balance is at 500 points or above, you may redeem your Chef Perks at any time.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards are valid for 365 days from the date they are made available.
What if I return merchandise that I used my Chef Perks on?
Chef Perks are a one-time use. Rewards will not be reissued.
What if I am a Chef Perks member and unsubscribe from emails?
Your rewards will continue to accrue, but you will no longer be alerted of promotions exclusive to email subscribers.
