Take care of it!! Review by

Preheat, never go above medium, don't use metal utensils with it, use high temp cooking oil only (NOT OLIVE OIL), clean well after each use, don't store with another pan touching the inside cooking surface, and NEVER NEVER let cooking challenged people use it. In other words, treat it well and it will last many years. My first one lasted around 5 years with some abuse. This one I expect to last decades.

Just an update. An occasional cooking of a vinegar or tomato based sauce will also help prevent a build up of cooking oil. These are good pans, but must be used wisely. If you or your family are abusive toward cookware, you may want to consider cheaper Teflon which can be used, abused, and tossed yearly. Or perhaps even more often. I enjoy Swiss Diamond Nonstick fry pan. Oh, in case it matters to you, the coating is the same compound which is used to make the BRAND name Teflon. So to say it's not Teflon is kind of a half truth.
