Gourmet 2.75" Paring Knife by Wusthof
The Wusthof Gourmet 2.75" Paring Knife is part of the legendary story of bladesmithing that spans more than 4000 years starting in the Bronze Age (about 2000 B.C.) up to contemporary times according to the German Blade Museum in Solingen, Germany. The Wusthof factory makes the small narrow blade of the paring knife with a forged high carbon stainless steel and triple rivets it into the important handle. A Wusthof handle has contoured comfort, balance, and Polyoxymethylene (POM) – a synthetic material which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. Each knife has the red Trident logo symbolizing "Passion, Diligence, and Perfection."
