    This Cadco oven is a full size convection oven with manual controls. Cadco commercial convection ovens are tested to ensure quality. The Cadco oven XAF-193 full size convection oven holds four full size sheet pans. The Cadco Commercial convection oven can also handle steam pans. The XAF-193 Commercial convection oven is one convection appliance you cannot live without. Cadco ovens are designed to accommodate modular stacking for a custom configuration. These ovens have double walled safety glass doors and are made of heavy duty stainless steel.

      • Q:  Can you toast sandwiches in these ovens and which model is best suited for a deli?
      • A:  Per Cadco none of their convection ovens would be well suited for toasting sandwiches in a deli setting. The Cadco ovens are designed for baking only.
      • Q:  I would like to know if the Model XAF-193 is ideal for baking cakes, or should i go with another model? Please suggest a model. THank you
      • A:  This is a great unit for cakes. The manufacturer recommends that if you are doing a viscus / loose batter cake , like angel food, that you should pick up two deflector plates model (XC605). This slows the air flow to prevent convection lean or "smurfing" as the cake rises above the pan.
