The Impact Chamber Grain Mill models such as the Nutrimill, Wonder Mill, and Blendtec Grain Mill (formerly K-tec) are best for grinding fine flour, but have less grinding range than the Burr type grain mill models such as the Family Grain Mill and the Country Living Grain Mill. The Family Grain Mill and the Country Living Grain Mill can not grind as finely as the Impact Chamber Grain Mills, but they can grind much more coarsely than the Impact Chamber Grain Mills. The Vitalmill is an impact chamber grain mill such as the Nutrimill, Wonder Mill, and Blendtec Grain Mill, but does not have adjustable grinding features as do the other 3 grain mills, unless you use the optional clip that is included.
