There are no small parts or gaskets to misplace, and the self cleaning WonderMill is quick, easy, and virtually dust-free. There is no need for additional attachments to bag your flour simply put a plastic bag in the canister and grind – easy, clean and at no additional cost to you!
Attachments do make this processes more convenient for your use but are not required.

Q: Does the mill have the capacity to mill different textures from fine to coarse? What happens if the power goes out while grinding the grain? We have frequent power outages in the late fall.
A: If you have common power outages the Wonder Mill would not be the best option for you as you are only supposed to turn this mill off after all the grain is out of the hopper. Not doing so can severely damage or destroy the motor. I would recommend the NutriMill, a very similar impact chamber mill that you can safely turn off during the grinding process without damage to your mill. The Nutrimill also has a wider range of grinding settings allowing you to grind slightly finer and coarser than you can with the Wonder Mill.

A: No, I'm sorry but you can only dry approved, fully dry grains with the Wonder Mill Grain Mill.

 Truly a WONDER MILL! -
I have only had my Wonder Mill for a few months and it is fantastic! It grinds the texture exactly as I want it, quickly and quietly. I make 6 or 8 loaves of whole wheat bread weekly and the flavor is fabulous. The flour seems to have more flavor than the flour ground with my previous mill. Everyone that has eaten the bread thinks it the best they have ever eaten. I recommend the Wonder Mill as it is simple to use and to clean. The first time I used the mill I lost power but it was no problem as I did as the directions suggested.

Best Grain Mill hands down -
This Wondermill is the resurrected Whisper Mill. My Whisper Mill is over 15 years old and has been passed along to a friend who is STILL using it. Prior to that I owned another one for 5 years that I sold to a friend before a move and that one is still running strong today and it's over 18 years old.
I'm a weekly bread maker, not to mention the fact that I grind grain for everything, biscuits, cookies, cakes, tortillas, everything. The Wondermill has never given me one bit of trouble. That's more than I can say for the Nutrimill. Yes, you do have to be aware of what you're grinding and never, NEVER turn off the Wondermill during milling, but if you use the grain mill as directed it will do it's job for many, many years to come without incident. Now that my Nutrimill is dead, I'll be ordering a new Wondermill and I can't WAIT to get it!!

Whisper/Wonder Mill stands test of time -
I have been using this grain mill for years and years... at least 10 if not more. It has never disappointed me. Great product. Flour so fine that my 100% wheat bread is fluffy and wonderful.

Easy to use, easy to clean, I even accidentally plugged mine once with grain still in the hopper; oops! Dump the grain out of the Wondermill and shake out the kernels that are stuck down in the chamber, then turn it on and let it clean itself out for a min. Good as new, back to milling like normal. I would like something to grind grits and cornmeal; suggestions??

Excellent mill! -
I have used the Wondermill for about 9 months now and it is outstanding. It seems fairly quiet, it is very easy to use, makes perfect bread flour, and is easy to clean up. I highly recommend it.

Incredible! -
I have used this Wondermill grain mill for around 2 years now, and it is outstanding. Not only that, but their customer service is as good as it gets. My Wondermill stopped working, and they had me ship it, they repaired it and sent it back, all within about 3 weeks, and they only charged me shipping! I can imagine life with out my Wonder Mill and Bosch Compact Mixer.

AWESOME mill! -
I ordered this grain grinder after a lot of comparing different mills and I am glad that I bought it. The Wondermill is a lot quieter than what I was expecting (because I was used to hearing my father in laws grinder that sounds EXTREMELY loud) and was very impressed with the speed that I could grind a large amount of flour in, as well as the fineness that it ground. Now my whole wheat loaves are light and fluffy, not hard and dense! I like the fact that it grinds right into the storage container and that it is pretty much dust and hassle free. I definitely recommend this product!

This Grain Mill is incredible! -
This Wonder Mill grain mill will grind up enough flour for several loaves of bread in just a few minutes. This grain mill is pretty incredible. It also will grind very fine flour. The only downside is it's loud. I've used a few other mills of this type however, and most grain mills of this type are even louder. The noise doesn't bother me, as it is only on for a few minutes, and I just go in the other room.

 Great grind, bad design -
We have had a wondermill for several years. I loved the grinding, but there is a fatal flaw in the design. You cannot stop the motor with grain in the hopper. This is not a problem if you can be certain a) you will NEVER lose track of how much grain you have added and b) there will NEVER be a power outage while you are using your mill. Both have happened to me, and despite my husband's diligent efforts (three successful) to resurrect the mill, alas, the last unexpected power blip killed the mill. If you are going to spend this much money, go for the Nutrimill.

Fantastic Mill! -
This is the grain mill you want. Fast, Clean, Output is of excellent quality. A bit loud but does its job in only a couple of minutes - thus not really an issue. You will LOVE this mill!
