Fulfillment Picker/Packer (Thursday - Sunday)

 

Everything Kitchens is seeking a Fulfillment Picker/Packer (Thursday - Sunday) to join our operations team. As a full-time Fulfillment Picker/Packer, you'll pick, pack, and ship our customer's online orders. Your goal will be to process these customer orders accurately and quickly while maintaining the packing standards we've developed.

Previous warehouse experience isn't necessary as this is an entry level role with an opportunity to grow within the company.

 

As a Fulfillment Picker/Packer for Everything Kitchens, you will be responsible for:

• Picking single and multi-piece orders using barcode scanner devices.
• Reviewing ready-to-ship orders for accuracy at computer stations.
• Wrapping and packing orders, using equipment such as box cutters and tape guns.
• Loading and unloading customer orders onto freight vehicles. 
• Communicating and collaborating with supervisors and co-workers.
• Problem solving unique order and shipping issues.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Flexible - We make sure all our customer's orders go out same day and on time. The number of orders can change drastically, and overtime will likely be required due to high demand, specifically during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season. We leave when the orders are done; don't be surprised if we ask you to stay late or work extra shifts.
• Positive Team Players - We take culture very seriously and more than anything, your success will be determined by your attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Detail-oriented - Details matter, and we expect all our associates to pay attention to every customer's order as if it were their own.
• Willing to learn and adapt - We value attitude and aptitude more than education and experience. Show us that you're willing to learn as you go, and you'll do well here!
• Must be computer literate (Windows 10)
• Able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time during shift
• Able to move throughout the building at least 50% of the time during shift
• Able to move product weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to ascend/descend ladders
• Able to bend, stoop, stretch, or crouch
