Designed and manufactured in Austria, these baking dishes are heralded for their superb craftsmanship and unparalleled functionality. They heat evenly and are coated with high quality enamel. Enamel is made by fusing iron with glass at high temperatures, which means these pans are made entirely from natural raw materials. Enamel is cut and scratch resistant and will not alter the flavors of food. Better yet, it’s is easy to clean! This 13" x 16.5" rectangular baker is our largest size and is perfect for when you've got the full family to feed! Due to it's higher sides (2.75") it makes a great lasagna pan but can also be used as an open roaster for turkey, roast beef or ham.
