A note from our CEO regarding COVID-19:

We have seen an increase in orders as more people are cooking at home. We have been able to meet shipping guarantees, even with the large surge in orders. We are getting our packages out the door on time, but we are seeing more frequent carrier delays, due to the increased network volume. Our customer service team is still available during our opening hours of Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM CST by phone or email, so please reach out if we can help you with anything.

We take the current COVID-19 situation very seriously, and are taking precaution to protect both our staff and our customers. All of our office staff, that are able to do so, are working from home, and we are cleaning and disinfecting in our warehouse at frequent intervals to help protect our warehouse staff. Any employee exhibiting any illness whatsoever has been instructed to stay home, and we are being more liberal with sick leave to help encourage employees feeling under the weather to stay home for the appropriate amount of time. We want our customers to be able to continue shopping online, to assist with social distancing, until we can all get to the other side of this pandemic. We wish you the best in health, and hope you enjoy cooking a bit more during this time!
