Peanut Butter Frozen Custard Ice Cream

Frozen Smores Blender Ice Cream

Serves: 5

  • 1/4 Cup Half & Half
  • 3 Oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 Cups Whole Chocolate Milk Cubes (about 1 ice cube tray of frozen chocolate milk)
  • Graham Crackers, Chocolate Bars, and Marshmallows for garnish

Recommended Equipment:
Silicon Ice Cube Tray
Blendtec Blender
Culinary Torch

Step 1
Freeze 2 cups of chocolate milk in ice cube tray overnight.

Step 2
Add ingredients to blender jar in order listed and secure lid on blender.

Step 3
Press the "Frozen Treats" preset button and run. If your Blendtec doesn’t have the Frozen Treats button, blend on a low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds. If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved. 

NOTE: If ice cream is too runny, add in some ice cubes and run blender again to achieve frozen consistancy.
