Fresh limeade infused with lavender - A KitchenAid Juicer Recipe
Makes: 1 Gallon -16 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooling Time: 2-3 hours
Ingredients:
12 Limes* 1 Cup Agave Nectar 16 Cups Cold Water 1 1/2 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk 3 Tbsp Dried Culinary Lavender - (¾ cup fresh lavender blossoms, crushed)
*Chef's Note: Limes can vary from sour to very sour. You may want to add more or less lime juice depending on the limes and how tart you like your limeade.
Step 1 Cut limes in half and juice limes with the KitchenAid Citrus Juicer attachment.
Step 2 In your serving pitcher, add water, agave nectar, sweetened condensed milk, and lavender. Mix until everything is combined. Add in lime juice a little at a time, tasting between each addition until its the perfect tartness to your taste.
Step 3 Cool in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until chilled. You can leave in longer for a more intense floral flavor. Serve chilled over ice!
