Lavender Infused Limeade - KitchenAid Juicer Recipe
Fresh limeade infused with lavender - A KitchenAid Juicer Recipe
Makes: 1 Gallon -16 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooling Time: 2-3 hours
1 Cup Agave Nectar
16 Cups Cold Water
1 1/2 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tbsp Dried Culinary Lavender - (¾ cup fresh lavender blossoms, crushed)
*Chef's Note: Limes can vary from sour to very sour. You may want to add more or less lime juice depending on the limes and how tart you like your limeade.
You will need:
Cut limes in half and juice limes with the KitchenAid Citrus Juicer attachment.
In your serving pitcher, add water, agave nectar, sweetened condensed milk, and lavender. Mix until everything is combined. Add in lime juice a little at a time, tasting between each addition until its the perfect tartness to your taste.
Cool in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until chilled. You can leave in longer for a more intense floral flavor. Serve chilled over ice!
