Welcome to the Everything Kitchens Website. By using our Website, you agree to be bound by its Terms of Use (explained below), Legal Notices, and all Policies or Disclaimers that appear elsewhere on the Everything Kitchens Website.

Placing an order with Everything Kitchens LLC signifies that you have read and agreed to all company policies and terms of use.

Orders Shipping to Minnesota and PFAS Prohibition Compliance

Effective January 1, 2025, under Minnesota's PFAS prohibition laws (Minn. Stat. § 116.943), the sale and distribution of products containing intentionally added PFAS in certain categories are prohibited.

As a result:

We reserve the right to hold or cancel any orders shipping to Minnesota that include products impacted by this prohibition.

If an order is affected, we will notify you promptly and provide options for resolution, including substitution or cancellation.

These measures ensure compliance with Minnesota regulations and our commitment to responsible practices. For questions about specific products or orders, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Reseller Policy

Everything Kitchens takes great pride in the long-standing relationships we've built with our vendors. We are committed to honoring our vendor's policies and as such do not fulfill orders to known resellers, nor does Everything Kitchens have a wholesale purchase division. If evidence of purchases from a reseller is discovered, those orders may be put on hold or canceled. Right to Make Changes
Everything Kitchens reserves the right to make changes to our Website as well as its Terms of Use and all other Legal Notices and Policies at any time. Each time you use the Everything Kitchens Website, you should review the current Terms of Use, Legal Notices, and Policies that apply to your transactions and use of our Website. If you are dissatisfied with the Everything Kitchens Website, it is content, Terms of Use, Legal Notices, or Policies, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Everything Kitchens Website.

Product Display / Colors
Everything Kitchens makes every attempt to display product images on our Web site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the received product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on our Website
The availability of products and prices or services is subject to change without notice. Errors or omissions will be corrected wherever discovered, and Everything Kitchens LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following our Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Everything Kitchens LLC or any of its employees and/or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Product Condition Policy
All items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that in rare occasions an item's manufacturer packaging may have been opened for the item to have been removed from the box for inspection, and thus, the original packaging seal may be broken, you will see a blue sticker with the wording, "QC PASSED" over the tape. This is normal and no cause for worry: the item is still new and unused.

Unacceptable Customer Behavior Policy

Everything Kitchens works hard to ensure our customers’ orders are shipped safely, quickly, and accurately. While we strive for perfection, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise, requiring interaction with our Customer Hero team to resolve them.

Customers are entitled to express their dissatisfaction if an issue occurs; however, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive, hateful, or threatening conduct toward our employees. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Aggressive behavior, personal threats, review threats, insults, or profanity directed at an employee.
  • Discriminatory language related to a person’s race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
  • Excessive or abusive use of customer support channels (e.g., multiple phone calls, chats, or emails in a short period regarding the same issue).

We are committed to treating customers politely and professionally and will always respond in a timely manner to resolve issues in accordance with our published policies and terms of service. However, should a customer violate the Unacceptable Customer Behavior Policy, we reserve the right to terminate communication with that individual and decline future business with them.

Collecting Funds
Credit card transactions will be authorized at the time of purchase for the full amount of the items ordered, as items are shipped funds for those items will be captured and re-authorization(s) will be made for any remaining item(s). PayPal transactions will be captured in full for all item(s) at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued for any item(s) removed from the order or any item(s) unable to be fulfilled. PayPal transactions using eCheck usually take 3 to 6 days for payment hold to be released, at which time we can continue to process/ship your order. Everything Kitchens understands that some of our customers might prefer to pay by check or money order. We ask that you download, print, and mail the form to the included address along with your payment. Only orders placed through our official form will be accepted. Please allow 2 to 2 1/2 weeks from the date your order is mailed for delivery.
