The LEM Sausage Stuffer comes with 3 plastic stuffing tubes: (1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” ID) and two clamps to secure the unit. This sausage stuffing machine was designed for efficiency, both in the meat handling process and the cleanup after. The carbon steel gears made with precision resists slippage and wear, and won’t accumulate rust or germs. The cylinder is easily removable for easy cleanup and use. The 15-pound unit is easy to lift, carry, and store when not in use. The piston is made from hard plastic and has a built-in release valve allows air to escape, which makes the process easier as well. Safety was also kept in mind, as the stuffer comes with a protective gearbox cover, assuring both the gears and food are protected. Clamp the LEM Sausage Stuffer to a table or counter top and crank out perfect sausage every time!
