The inventive folks at Mrs. Anderson's Company have come up with a novel approach to forming perfect pie crusts from scratch: with the Mrs. Anderson's Pie Crust Bag (shown here in the 11-inch model), simply place a pie dough into the clear-plastic zippered bag, then roll out the dough into an even, near-perfect circle. No need for cutting! Helps keep hands clean and dough sanitary. An 11-inch pie crust will accommodate a pie 8" to 9.5" in diameter.
