Cutting Board Care:
Oil before first use with light natural oil (Olive or Sesame Oil). Do NOT run the cutting board through the dishwasher.

Folding Knives Care:
 Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
