Use Instructions:

1. Detach terra cotta disc from the lid of sugar keeper container and soak disc in room temperature water for 15 minutes
2. Remove terra cotta disc from water, pat dry
3. Place terra cotta disc into the center of brown sugar in the storage container.
4. Repeat every 3 months to maintain clump-free sugar
