Cleaning & Care Instructions: 

1. Begin cleaning while cookware is still warm
2. Clean AUS-ION cookware under hot running water - soap is not necessary with a thorough scrubbing, however, small amounts of mild dish soap can be used
3. Scrub off any stuck on bits of food using a wooden or steel scraper
4. Dry pan thoroughly (Tip: Use residual oven or stovetop heat to fully dry)
5. Store when fully dry
6. Reseason your AUS-ION Cookware when needed with a high smoke point cooking oil
