Directions: In a 3-quart saucepan, bring 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups of water to a boil, and mix in the contents of package #1 from the bag. Cool. Add the contents of package #2 and mix completely. Form into 12 balls and place in a towel-lined container to cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out on the floured pastry board & cloth and bake at 500 degrees on Bethany Heritage Lefse Grill.
