Slide the entire casing length onto the desired size nozzle and turn the handle to fill. Make sure to guide the filled sausage by hand to prevent it from breaking. Tie both ends at desired lengths to secure the stuffing inside. Includes Sausage Stuffer with suction base, 3 nozzles (15, 19, and 22-millimeter diameter), complete instructions, and a Fante's family recipe. Disassembles for easy cleaning.
