Raw Asparagus Soup

Makes: 3 Servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes


1 lb Asparagus, tough bottoms trimmed off 
1 1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours and drained
Crushed Cashews & Paprika for garnish

Step 1
Add all ingredients into your Blendtec blender. Use the Hot Soup function to blend and heat soup. Run the Hot Soup function once more for even hotter soup. If your Blendtec blender does not have this feature, run blender on highest speed for 5 minutes. 

Step 2
Pour into bowls and garnish with crushed cashews and paprika.
