Grinder Plate - 1/8" (3mm)
The perfect texture for jerky, bologna, burger, and hot dogs is a fine grind. For the finest fine grind, you need the LEM #10/12 Stainless Steel Grinder Plate LEM347SS with its 1/8” (3mm) holes. LEM grinder plates are made of high-grade, rust-resistant stainless steel, and these hubless plates can be used on both sides so they last twice as long as typical carbon plates. LEM grinder plates fit most meat grinders that use plates with one notch. For best grinding results, LEM recommends changing the grinder knife when you change grinder plates.
