This grinder plate is made of stainless steel, which is a better option than carbon, as it is much stronger. This also means it is more resistant to rust. The premium Salvinox stainless steel is the best possible option LEM carries. It is made of a higher grade than regular stainless steel and is slightly thicker to provide even longer life.
Like all of LEM’s products, this grinder plate is made at peak quality. It is hubless and can be used on either side. This particular meat grinding plate is 2.375” in diameter and has 3/16” holes to get that perfect grind.
