A tapered mouth-blown glass container with undulating walls and distinctive striped decoration, inspired by traditional Polish folk costume. The lid is made from sustainably-sourced ash. Designed for storage and display. Clear glass is lowered into a pre-mould lined with coloured solid glass rods, fusing them together. The fused gather is encased in another layer of clear glass and mouth blown into a mould. This blowing process expands the striped gather, resulting in an organic form with a distinctive pattern. No two vessels will ever be the same ensuring each object is unique. The natural wooden lid is shaped from ash. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
