A mouth-blown glass dome on a stand made of sustainably-sourced ash. The dome's natural leather toggle is knotted by hand. Designed for serving a cake, cheeses or pile of meringues. The contemporary Ivalo dome is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers. The rim of the dome is melted with a flame to achieve a rounded soft rim. A hole is cut and polished in the top through which a hand-knotted leather toggle is tied. The natural ash is sourced from sustainably-managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
